Our Wild Cardoon Cream is a rare and precious product born from the processing of wild cardoons (65%), a spontaneous plant of the southern territories with a strong and unmistakable character. Its flavour recalls that of the artichoke, but with a more raw, decisive and less delicate note, capable of standing out immediately on first taste and offering an authentic and genuine experience. The recipe is intentionally essential — sunflower seed oil, salt and black pepper — to let the wild cardoon be the true protagonist, without filters. Perfect spread on hot crostini or bread to bring out all its aromatic depth, it is also excellent for enriching risottos with a wild note, for personalizing wraps and sandwiches, and as an original accompaniment to main meat dishes.
