Marsala Superiore Secco SOM

Marsala Superiore S.O.M. DOP dry — Grillo, Catarratto and Inzolia, aged minimum 2 years in ancient barrels in tufa caves. Typical amber color, ethereal and intense bouquet, full flavor and persistent with sweet-bitter notes from cooked must. 18,5% vol. Excellent for contemplation and after dinner (15-20°C), as an aperitif at 8-10°C. Perfect with spiced dishes, cured meats and aged cheeses.
