Marsala Vergine 1999 DOP — dry fortified wine from Cantine Alagna, aged in large oak barrels with slow oxidative process. Grillo and Catarratto grape varieties. Deep amber color, ethereal and intense bouquet, oak flavor, dry, full and persistent taste. 19% vol. Serve at 15-20°C (4-6°C as aperitif). Perfect with spiced dishes, cured meats and aged cheeses.
